External Hard Drive Not Initialized


Is there a fix for this? but it crashed everything. I just needed to change the letter path on my external ssd after I reformatted it like 3 times for the computer to recognize it again. When I plugged in the USB cable, the computer did not show up in Explorer. http://ocvninfo.net/hard-drive/hard-drive-external.html

my question is - i have recently bought a seagate backup plus slim 1 TB model. my drive is still flashing and and not showing. What should I do now. How can the OS only see two drives???
